随着汽车行业对轻量化、高精度外饰件需求的不断提升,传统生产模式已难以满足市场对效率与质量的双重要求。

With the automotive industry's increasing demand for lightweight, high-precision exterior parts, traditional production models struggle to meet the dual requirements of efficiency and quality.

某大型装备制造企业依托其完整的装备生态链,从注塑机、压铸机到AGV智能物流系统,打造了面向汽车外饰件的一站式解决方案。

A large equipment manufacturing enterprise leveraged its complete equipment ecosystem—from injection molding machines and die-casting machines to AGV intelligent logistics systems—to create a one-stop solution for automotive exterior parts.

为直观展示各环节的协同性与技术优势,本项目通过三维动画技术构建数字化虚拟工厂,以动态可视化形式呈现从原料到成品的全流程智能化生产。

To visually demonstrate the synergy and technical advantages of each环节, this project uses 3D animation technology to build a digital virtual factory, presenting the entire intelligent production process from raw materials to finished products through dynamic visualization.

2.创意概念 / CREATIVE CONCEPT

影片以"虚实融合,智造无界"为核心创意,采用宏观到微观的叙事逻辑。 

The film employs "Integration of Virtual and Real, Boundless Intelligent Manufacturing" as its core concept, adopting a narrative logic that progresses from macro to micro perspectives.

开场以航拍视角掠过城市景观,逐步聚焦至一座极具科技感的虚拟工厂。建筑外壳以粒子消散效果透明化,显露出内部动态运行的生产系统。
It opens with an aerial view sweeping over cityscapes, gradually focusing on a highly technological virtual factory. The building shell transparentizes with a particle dissipation effect, revealing the dynamically operating production system inside.

镜头以"一镜到底"形式穿越水电料气供给系统,呈现能源管理的智能化调控。
The camera, in a "one-shot" style, passes through the water, electricity, material, and gas supply systems, demonstrating intelligent energy management control.

在关键设备展示环节,影片创新运用"白膜高亮"视觉技术:环境褪为线框模型,核心设备则以高饱和色彩突出显示,并配以动态数据看板,实时展示设备运行参数与技术优势。
During key equipment displays, the film innovatively uses a "white model highlight" visual technique: the environment fades to wireframe models, while core equipment is highlighted in high-saturation colors, accompanied by dynamic data panels that showcase operational parameters and technical advantages in real-time.

通过AGV小车的智能调度路径与数字工厂管理平台的实时数据可视化,影片将离散的生产单元串联为有机整体,凸显解决方案的系统性价值。
Through the intelligent scheduling paths of AGVs and real-time data visualization on the digital factory management platform, the film connects discrete production units into an organic whole, highlighting the systematic value of the solution.

    Color System: Using tech blue and space gray as the main tones, symbolizing industrial precision and reliability, complemented by dynamic lighting effects to enhance the sense of data flow.

  • 镜头设计:采用低空穿越视角与环绕运镜相结合,既展现生产线的全局布局,又聚焦关键设备的细节运作。

    Camera Design: Combining low-altitude fly-through perspectives with orbital movements, showcasing both the overall layout of the production line and focusing on the detailed operation of key equipment.

  • 特效应用:通过粒子流模拟能源供给路径,以HUD界面展示实时生产数据,增强场景的科技感与互动性。
